"As we move, breath and experience ourselves the yoga practice becomes a Divine dance and ritual aligning not only our bodies, but also our own creative and intuitive natures," Seane says. "Through the integration of body and breath, movement and meditative awareness we are reminded of the interconnectedness of all things and, that at the end of the day, we are all here to learn about love".

Hala’s journey towards yoga began with her studies in psychology and religion at Columbia University. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Pyschology and is trained in Somatic Experiencing- a body centered psychotherapy that addresses how trauma affects the body-mind. She is currently working toward a Doctorate in Somatic Psychology at Santa Barbara Graduate Institute.
Hala has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over sixteen years. She draws inspiration from yoga, somatic psychology, eco-psychology and the juicy mystery of Life itself. Creative movement and honest self-exploration has always been a source of tremendous healing for Hala, and her calling to pass this on to others has been clear to her since she began teaching at the age of 16.
She wrote her thesis on using yoga and other complementary disciplines such as eco-psychology and somatics for self-empowerment to inspire a global shift towards peaceful and sustainable living. She also trains yoga teachers on how to work with at risk youth and has written a manual for Yoga Ed. on the topic. She is the president of the exhalesoul foundation, a foundation started at exhale Spa. She has always been involved in community service and outreach.
